Opportunities of our Nitrogen Lasers.

By the moment we have developed and successfully produce pulsed-periodic nitrogen laser with transverse and longitudinal excitation. Unique characteristics of nitrogen lasers (short wavelength 337 nm, short pulse duration 10 ns, high power in pulsed operation 0,01-1 mW, facilitate their wide and efficient application in such fields as microelectronics, production and conditioning of photomasks, production of hybrid integrated circuits and production and trimming of film resistors.

A short wavelength permits to focus a beam to a small spot and process elements of several fractions of a micrometer in size. Besides, maximum sensitivity of many types of photoresists applied in microelectronics, also lies in this range.

Offered Models of Nitrogen Lasers

Nitrogen laser LGI-511 is indispensable in microelectronic mounts. Short wavelength allows focusing emission to a spot of small size and process elements at the level of fractions of micrometers, besides the maximum sensibility of many types of photoresists applied in microelectronics, also lies in this range.

Nitrogen laser LGI-505 is successfully used in mounts of photomasks’ retouching and in the mounts used for the thinwalled resistors’ adjustment.
