The ultra-wear-resistant stainless alloy steel grinding inner cylinders produced by our company are made of high-quality stainless alloy steel through advanced refining processes. They are suitable for grinding operations of materials such as metallic ores, non-metallic ores, high-temperature heavy oil and chemical titanium dioxide. The products feature a long service life, super wear resistance and excellent corrosion resistance, without causing any contamination to the materials, and have significant advantages in terms of use cost.
We can produce and replace grinding inner cylinders of sand mills (both domestic and overseas models) with capacities ranging from 500L to 5000L. We support the overall delivery of inner and outer grinding cylinders, and also provide separate replacement of the grinding inner cylinder (the separate replacement must be carried out at the supplier's production site).
At present, our stainless alloy steel ultra-wear-resistant grinding inner cylinders have been successfully applied in titanium dioxide (TiO₂) grinding scenarios. Matched with 0.6-0.8mm 95 zirconia grinding media and operated at a linear velocity of 11m/s, they have a designed service life of over 10 years. In existing cases, the same type of products showed no obvious wear after 5 years of actual production operation, and have been widely recognized by users.
